If you’re not happy with your initial membership purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days. After that period, no refunds are available. To start a return, you can contact us at info@newoutlook.ca.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@newoutlook.ca.

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
– When you purchase an AdviceCafé membership, you’ve started an annual subscription for $249/yr
– Your payment details will be stored securely and you’ll be charged each year on your original purchase anniversary for your membership fee
– Some subscriptions will auto-renew each year. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it, up until 30 days prior to your payment date each year
